Setting achievable goals, short and long term, will keep you motivated without getting discouraged. I help you modify and adapt your goals based on your progress and what we together are trying to accomplish.
I assess how your body is operating mechanically, and if any corrections are needed. Mobility (flexibility/range of motion) enables or limits your capability. I address tight areas, soreness, imbalance, etc to ensure you are physically ready to challenge your body, prompting its adaptation and development. Proper mobility also protects you from injury.
Each workout is individually designed and your performance evaluated to promote ongoing progress, as quickly- and safely- as possible.
WHAT'S YOUR CURRENT FITNESS?
Beginner - Set goals for a safe program and increase effectiveness of all your workouts by learning purpose and proper use of equipment (modalities), establishing correct form (biomechanics and arthrokinematics) and introducing varying techniques and strategies.
Intermediate - Develop a more sophisticated approach, introducing new tools (modalities), techniques and programs (periodization) as well as continue your education. Provide form and technique refinements often overlooked or indiscernible in the mirror.
Advanced - Keep your body adapting, overcoming plateaus and progressing by varying your routine, fine tuning your technique to extract further performance development while avoiding boredom, burnout, overtraining or injury.
